About

I have been the person accountable for the number.

Wijkmark Consulting is my advisory practice. Behind it are fifteen years split between founding companies and running large operations — which means the advice tends to come with the caveats consultants leave out.

The short version

I started building companies while studying law in Lund, and never really stopped. Eight ventures later — a payments business grown from 200k to 21M SEK in turnover, a gig-economy marketplace launched in Sweden and Kenya, an employer-branding platform now at 4M SEK ARR — the pattern is the same: enter a market properly, or not at all.

In 2019 I became the first employee for Bolt in Northern Europe. Over the following years I launched and scaled the region, stepped in as Sr. General Manager for the UK & Ireland — Bolt's largest GMV region globally — and then took on Regional Director for the Americas. Full P&L ownership in every role, €2.6bn in combined annual GMV, and teams of 300+ people.

Alongside that I have held seven board seats, including a chairmanship, across fintech, mobility, credit, and technology. That combination — founder, operator, board member — is what I bring into an engagement.

How I work

Decide, then commit

Expansion dies from half-funded bets in too many markets. Fewer decisions, made properly, with the resources behind them.

Own the P&L

Advice without accountability is cheap. Every plan I write is one I would be willing to be measured on.

Build the operators

The goal is a team that no longer needs me. Structure, ownership, and cadence outlast any single leader — seven of nine General Managers I hired are still in role after 7.5 years.

If the timing is right, let's talk.
